Each individual will
- Load a well-developed version of their personal website to their GVSU web space.
- Read 160-185 in Don't Make Me Think.
- Post a reading response which reflects on the text in relation to your experience in this class and what you might imagine your experience could be on future web design projects.
- Read Sullivan and Porter's "How do writers view usability information? A case study of a developing documentation writer" (see attachment).
- Post a reading response in which you think about Max in the Sullivan and Porter reading and then discuss how, as a writer, your views on the reader/user are affirmed/changed by this class and our readings and discussion on usability. You might talk about this across a variety of writing contexts, not just writing for the web.
Class Meeting
- Workshop on Personal Website.
Don't forget: Post a project log by midnight Friday night.
